Ingredients:

Pork tenderloin

Glaze:
½ cup honey
⅓ cup soy sauce
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil

Dry Rub:
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp kosher salt
½ tsp black pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper in small bowl and mix well
  2. Massage tenderloin with olive oil and dry rub
  3. Sear all sides in oven safe skillet
  4. Combine honey, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and mix well
  5. Pour glaze over tenderloin, bake at 350 for 20 minutes (pork tenderloin needs to be cooked to 145 degrees Fahrenheit
  6. Let rest 15 minutes before serving
