1 can of biscuits
melted butter
1 lb. pork sausage
1 tbsp flour
1 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp garlic powder


  1. Bake biscuits according to directions on can
  2. Brown sausage in skillet (pork sausage must be cooked to 160 degrees Fahrenheit)
  3. Remove sausage from skillet, add flour to sausage grease
  4. Mix flour and grease, slowly add milk
  5. Add salt, pepper, garlic salt, garlic powder
  6. Simmer over medium heat for 5-6 minutes
  7. Add sausage to gravy, mix well
  8. Serve gravy on top of biscuits with any other desired toppings!
