It has been a cold grey week on the east side of Scotland so far but the sun is back out this afternoon and it looks like being a lovely weekend.  A rare June runner for the team at Perth on Sunday where they have been watering hard to produce good ground, suspect it might end up a little faster and I hope it is consistent in which case it shouldn’t bother Ultra Violet who runs in the 4.45.

Ultra Violet

He’s a tough little horse who has been running OK but always seems to be saving a little bit for himself, we are trying a visor on him for the first time to aid concentration and focus on the job, I hope it might do the trick because when (if?) we find the key to this horse he is going to prove nicely handicapped.  Fingers crossed, Conor rides and 11 run.
